Stone Creek Construction Group was proud to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for their design-build project, the new, state-of-the-art Volvo Cars America Technical and Training Center.
Located in Mahwah, the building is LEED Gold Certified, featuring solar panels and high-efficiency HVAC system, and housing a multi-vehicle workshop and classrooms. The facility will be the central point for Volvo’s electric training facility activity in the Western Hemisphere, as Volvo service technicians learn the latest diagnostic and service techniques.
The training center is located on the same campus as the Volvo Cars America headquarters building and the area is also outfitted with 50 electric vehicle charging stations for employees and visitors.
