55 Broad Street
The former bank building has been transformed into The Vault, a class A office building in the thriving downtown community of Red Bank. Common areas, tenant spaces, and building and life safety systems were all included in the renovation to provide modern amenities and features to this three story building with a turn-of-the-century exterior.
Intact Insurance
Stone Creek Construction Group partnered with Nelson Worldwide in the development of this 15,500 square foot modern office.The amenities in the space include a tech bar, kitchen and dining areas, and adjustable work spaces.
Patheon Biologics
One of many assignments for Patheon Biologics, this project was a 1,200 square foot BSL-2 collaboration lab which included medical gases and LN2, vacuum jacketed pipe.
Maquet
This project for a medical device manufacturer included ISO 7 space with significant mechanical upgrades. The entire project encompassed over 28,000 square feet.
345 Main Street
Medical offices were constructed in The Madison Professional Center for two physician groups specializing in sports medicine and hand and arm treatment. State-of-the-art exam rooms, and on-site x-ray, treatment and procedure rooms plus reception and office areas comprise each office floor plan.
