This project in Kenvil, New Jersey was an adaptive re-use transformation of a 8,500 square foot, former retail building into a licensed dementia care facility. The project included a comprehensive makeover including new mechanical systems, new structural footings, and plumbing. Called “The Cottage Memory Care” the facility is the newest to come under the Merry Heart Senior Care umbrella.
