Mabel is the first full-service restaurant within the iconic Bell Works building in Holmdel, New Jersey. Spanning over 4,000 square feet, Mabel offers a sophisticated setting featuring a warm, main dining area, an expansive wrap around bar, and cozy lounge. A standout feature is the glass-enclosed kitchen, where guests can watch chefs craft exquisite dishes inspired by coastal European cuisine.
Located in Bell Works, originally designed by architect Eero Saarinen, the restaurant embraces natural materials and elegant finishes that harmonize with the building’s mid-century modern design. The interior’s seamless blend of natural colors and textures creates an inviting yet refined atmosphere, while extensive millwork and custom details add layers of architectural sophistication. An original mural by So & So of Asbury Park serves as a focus point in the lounge, reflecting the creative spirit of the space.
With seating for more than 210 guests, Mabel provides a dining destination that elevates Bell Works’ dynamic community experience. Stone Creek Construction Group partnered with owners and chefs Laura Brahn and Grace Crossman, who also own Cardinal Provisions in Asbury Park, to bring the vision for Mabel to life.
