This central New Jersey project is a design-build renovation of a 38,000+ square foot industrial building. Acquired by Bridge Logistics Properties in early 2022, the site work included an upgrade of the fire sprinkler systems, new lighting package, new electrical service upgrade, and new mechanical equipment. The work also entailed repaving of the site, hardscape upgrades, six new bay doors, and accessories. Office space was also renovated with modifications to the layout.
